Legacy Night - The School Art Show/ Open House

Legacy Night was an art show featuring paintings and other creations from students at LCA. It took place on April 27th and featured painting, prints, and poetry.

Buildings 7 and 8 had large sheets of particle board leaning against them filled with paintings compliments of the high school and 8th grade painting classes. Mrs Nack had a few of her classes’ skeleton drawings up as a presentation next to the great room. The Kindergarten class had their old selves’ portraits and descriptions next to Building 5. From Building 5 to the office were rows of weird hats and poems from the Juniors and Seniors. On the other side of the office was where the business lab had their operations. According to 6th graders Arielle Thiessen, Lyric Hester, and Lucy Campbell, they sold out on everything but popcorn, which continued selling the rest of the night. Printmaking also had their prints set up across from the office.

Overall, fun was had by everyone!
